This is a COMPLETELY different store ma’am… why would you expect different companies to operate the same?

Hi Daisy, this is Kelly with Dyson. Items purchased direct from Dyson may include other items, such as case, that may not be available when you make your purchase at a retailer other than Dyson. The model you purchased should have only included the styling concentrator, diffuser, gentle dryer, wide tooth comb and the flyaway attachment. Cases are available for purchase separately as well.
