A:AnswerHi Wendy, this is Kelly with Dyson. The correct weight of the Dyson Supersonic™ Hair Dryer is 1.82 lbs. It looks like the weight should be listed in pounds on the website, rather than ounces.

A:AnswerI have been a hairdresser for 17 years and this is the best blow dryer I have ever used in my career. It try the hair so much faster than any I have used before. Best one on the market in my opinion.

A:AnswerFold a piece of 8.5 x 11 paper in half longwise. The Dyson hairdryer will fit within the 4.2 by 11 inch footprint. The attachments (focus nozzle and diffuser, for example) when magnetically attached make the footprint slightly larger, but within an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper. Hope this helps. Dryer is amazing!
A:AnswerI just got it for Christmas.....it is MUCH more quiet than any other hair dryer. Sure, you hear the fan...but I can have NORMAL conversations while it is running.
A:AnswerHi,
This is Miella from Dyson. Dyson Airwrap accessories will not fit the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer.
Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We do not have an HD03 Supersonic™ Hair Dryer model, here in the US. HD01 is the consumer model, while the HD02 and HD04 are professional model dryers. You will know you are purchasing a US model, from the machine's serial number. You'll see -US- in the middle of the machine's serial number. Hair dryers from other countries will also not be compatible to be used here in the US, as they are not dual- or universal-voltage.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty.
Best wishes,
Kelly
