“Hello , it says on the dryer that it's 120v , I want to use it in Europe , when trying with a converter from 110 to 220 it cuts off and shuts is there such a thing as a converter from 120 to 220 ?”

I think all you need is an "adapter" not a "converter" for the foreign countries you are visiting, I believe this hair dryer will accept either 120 or 220v, but check w/ Dyson to be sure. The label on the dryer should state which voltages are acceptable.
