Q: QuestionIf I purchase a U.S. made Dyson hairdryer as a gift for my sister who lives in Europe, will she be able to use it over there with an adapter?

• A:Answer Hello Olga, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products, including the Supersonic™ hair dryer, are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionPlease explain differences offered. Same dryer with more stuff? some are just dryer with different colors. But all are the same price. In other words, is the bundle just same dryer plus extras @ same price or is it a lesser dryer? Missing something?

Dyson machines are intended for use in the country where purchased; as they are not dual-voltage.
