A:AnswerNo
Item comes without any storage bag.
Copper color only comes with the bag. In Mother’s Day or Chinese New Year dyson offers with red color or purple color ones which comes with additional accessories (I.e. stand or comb or storage bag)
A:AnswerNo the "copper presentation case" is not included. Before you buy something on Best Buy you can click on that product and go down to where it says whats included and click that and that will show you everything that comes with that product.
A:AnswerHello Petra, this is Kelly with Dyson. All Dyson machines sold in the US, are designed for use in US 110/120V outlets. The only way to obtain a Supersonic hair dryer with a European voltage cord, would be to make the purchase in Europe. Our hair dryers are unfortunately not dual-voltage.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed.
However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty.

A:AnswerYes you can plus a 220v appliances to a 110v outlet but it will not function well. On the other side, If you plug a 110v appliances to a 220v then it will go boom boom!
A:AnswerHello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. You can certainly use the Dyson Supersonic on your dog, to dry their hair. As always, we recommend consulting with your pet's veterinarian if there's any concerns of using heat over a particular temperature. The noise level tolerance would vary depending on your pet, some animals tolerate the noise of hair dryers rather well, while others not at all.
Best wishes,
Kelly

The only machine we currently carry that CAN be used safely with an adaptor, would be the new Dyson Corrale™ straightener.

A:AnswerI think what you're referring to is the power supply unit in the cord. Some products have it in the actual unit and don't need it to be in the cord. The dyson is very thin and light and has no room for this. Similar to some computers having a brick in the cord and some having it on the inside.
