The docking/charging station must be plugged into the wall so presumably the country is just referring to that outlet plug. The handheld detached from the stick, the stick is also detachable from the beater on the floor. I think the stick is about 2.5-3ft long, it’s easy to switch attachments

Machines purchased in the US have a US based wall charger. The length of the entire machine with the wand and floor tool attached is 49 inches. The wand and floor tool can be removed to use as a handheld vacuum for use in cars and on furniture. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Support
