Works great on carpet and tile and my daughter loves hers on hardwood floors also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Lida, this is Carissa with Dyson. I am pleased to advise our V10 Absolute comes with a soft roller for bare floors, but the V8 Animal does not. Our soft roller for bare floors only comes with the Absolute units. The Dyson cleaner heads are designed to seal to the flooring for optimal suction, they can be used on bare floors, but the soft roller works better at picking up bigger debris.
