Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the ecobee3 lists Samsung Smartthings as an official partner on their website at https://www.ecobee.com/ecobee-partnerships.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have it connected to my Smartthings hub right now, very easy to do. However, the Smartthings hub has very limited capabilities for managing the thermostat, compared to the Eccobee 3 application.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not directly but you can through adding the additional programming via the Smartthings Lab I believe it is called. I was looking into it myself and a company/person has made an addon module to support Ecobee3 but claims that since the development is ongoing and complex they ask for a minimum $15 contribution to get his/her code. https://github.com/yracine/device-type.myecobee The other option is to connect the two via IFTTT but that won't allow you to directly control your Ecobee via Smartthings but rather trigger actions based on events. If you want direct control via the app the only thing I found is to pony up the $15 for the code. I'm thinking about doing that myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't believe so, it works with IFFT though. Check their site for confirmation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is an unofficially supported product - supported by the community essentially. I have a Wink hub so I can't comment specifically but from what I've heard it's pretty stable on the ST Hub. It's plenty stable on the Wink hub as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are correct. Samsung has not updated their smart things app for the Ecobee3 device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but not directly. You can find instructions on how to incorporate the device all over the 'net. I believe the company is working on supporting it officially, but obviously won't give details as to when that'll happen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
