It comes with electrical schema, so you should definitely hire an electrician to look at it and tell you if it can do what you want. I have one unit set to turn on and off a series of electrical baseboard heaters in my basement, which it does based on temperature settings that the sensors trigger. It communicates to a transformer that my electrician set up. You may be able to do something similar.
