The ecobee Smart Thermostat Enhanced does support SmartSensors, allowing for multi-room temperature monitoring and control. However, it doesn’t allow you to set individual minimum temperature thresholds for each sensor. Instead, the thermostat uses data from the sensors to average temperatures or prioritize comfort in specific rooms based on settings like: ✔ Follow Me Mode – Prioritizes occupied rooms by adjusting the setpoint based on motion detection. ✔ Preferred Sensor Selection – Lets you choose which rooms should be used to determine the home's temperature. If you're looking for a system that ensures each room stays above a specific temperature independently, ecobee doesn't work quite that way. Instead, it balances comfort across selected rooms by averaging temperatures or prioritizing occupied spaces.
