The ecobee will allow you to set a pin that you can provide to thos five people.

You can send Home invites to other individuals, giving them Member permissions to adjust the program or temperature directly from their own phones and accounts. For setups with more than 15 thermostats, you'll want to use SmartBuildings for streamlined management. Let us know if you have any questions or need help setting this up.
