I currently have a Netgear C7000v2, is it just a matter of turning off or disabling Wifi on the Netgear, and then plugging in the eero Router to the Netgear Modem via the Ethernet cable? where do I plug in the second ethernet cble, netgear or eero box? null

You don't have to turn off the wifi on the router, it will give you a double NAP which could cause an issue with some things, it would plug into the Ethernet port on the modem.
