• Not familiar with T-Mobile gateway but if it uses Ethernet cable it should.

• The eero will work off any internet source as long as it can hardwire into it via an ethernet cable. The eero will then create its own wireless network that other eero can wirelessly connect to and expand coverage. The eero cannot wireless connect to a T-Mobile wireless network and expand that, one eero must be hardwired to the internet.
