If the eero is online it should be broadcasting its wifi. There is no option to turn off wifi from an eero. I would check the led on the eero, if it is red, it isn't online, try unplugging the modem and eero for 3 minutes. If it is blue it likely has been reset and needs to be set back up. if it is solid white, it is online and broadcasting, I would cross check with a different device. eero support is always happy to help with these situations so give them a call if you need.
