A:AnswerHi!
Yes, the Amazon eero - 6 models router fully support IPv6. Amazon configues all EERO models to handle full dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 traffc natively.
Have a great day!
A:AnswerYes it does. It requires an Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 13.0 or higher. It runs as an iPad app. For older Intel based Macs it is not supported and requires a mobile device. The eero app is available on the Apple App store and Apple Silicon chips are on the Mac App Store. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerHi there,
Yes — eero 6 will work with DIRECTV. It’s just a Wi-Fi router, so your DIRECTV box or streaming device can connect to it like any other network.
Hope this helps!
A:AnswerWe used an extender that came with this at my bro in laws new house 40 yards away from us while they waited for IP service to be installed. They were able to stream and had strong WiFi for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in 80% of the house over the course of a few (3?) months.
A:AnswerHi JohnR. Thank you for your question. All eeros are compatible with each other so the eero 6 system will work with your existing eero system. You’ll need to open the eero app, tap the blue plus icon on the top right, then select “add an indoor eero” and the app will walk you through the process of getting the new eeros on to your existing eero system. I hope this helps. Have a great day!
A:Answer3000 can support more network load than the 1800.
3000 has a capacity of 3000Mbps
1800 has a capacity of 1800Mbps
Get the 3000 if you have lots of high bandwidth wifi devices (PC's, consoles, multiple video streams at once)
Get the 1800 if there's only a few people on your wifi. It should handle up to 4 streams just fine.
A:AnswerHi Redman, The eero 6 is the dual-band Wi-Fi 6 system. The eero Pro 6 would be the tri-band Wi-Fi 6 system. Neither would be 2nd generation. I hope this helps! Have a great day!
A:AnswerHello SAI and thank you for your question! The eero 6 AX1800 Dual-Band Mesh Wifi 3pack comes with 1 wired eero 6 (router) and 2 wireless eero 6 extenders. Hope this helps! Have a great day!
A:AnswerHi Buddy. Thank you for your question! While the eero 6 router does have a USB-C port, it is only used for power. The gateway/primary eero can only connect to a modem via an Ethernet cable. I hope this information helps. Have a great day!
A:AnswerHello JER!
As long as the Brightspeed router has an ethernet port one of the eero can be connected to and get access to the internet, it should work fine. I hope this information helps, have a great day!
