“The WIFI provider I use only provides up to 300mbps DownL & 12mbps UpL. I'm using the WIFI for gaming, which takes about 250mbps. I'm lagging & timing out. I have other devices hooked up to the WIFI. Would installing eero6 stop the lagging & timing out?”

It did for me. I'm running at about 335mps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may. If you setup the eero as a different wifi and use that only for your gaming system, that should help with the lagging. However, I would first try the gaming system directly connected to your current modem, if you still get lagging, it is something with your ISP and the eero won't fix that.

Please try again later.absolutely because as they explained to me the net system is not just an extender but a sub router acting as a router so it transfers inf into it and can pick up and tranfer the information within your network. aldo you have better control over administrative.
