Please try again later.For some printers, and other devices that have either older or low capability wireless cards, you need to temporarily hide the 5 ghz on the eero network to get it to connect (these devices use the 2.4 only). You can temporarily do so in the eero app by going to eero app->Settings->Troubleshoot->My Device Can't Connect->My device is 2.4 ghz only. You will also want to look online for instruction on how to connect that printer to the eero's wifi network, which is a WPA2 PSK AES network (search for WPA2 instructions)
