I don’t think it can be used with the Spectrum because the WiFi connection would be bogged down in trying to bounce around the communications in competing devices. I know because I tried to use the EeroPro as a WiFi extender and learned by trial and error that it made things work but much slower than by just using the EeroPro and a good modem. The base unit EeroPro is connected to the modem via Ethernet port. The second and third EeroPro units communicate wirelessly to each other as well as to the base unit, but note that each EeroPro unit has 2 Ethernet ports for wired connection to smart device hubs.

I hardwired the main router and them the other 2 connect to it wirelessly but I believe there is an option to connect complete by wireless. I would suggest hardwiring at least one of the pods so that you can get the optimal speed.

Please try again later.Has to connect to your current router by ethernet wire, from there, it creates its own “wifi” and each additional eero seamlessly connects to the new WiFi either via Ethernet wire to each other, or wirelessly TO NEARBY EEROS ONLY which you will be able to connect to and use WiFi all around the areas you have them placed!
