Q: Questiondoes this oven have heating elements on the top and the bottem and does it return to pre set heat when the door has been opened. like making cookies open door and change cooked cookies for a new tray of uncooked cookies or do you have to reset the trmp

• A:Answer Hey Karen! Based on the model you selected, this wall oven has a broil element at the top and a hidden bake element at the bottom. The unit will maintain the set temperature once the door is opened unless "pre-heat" has been pressed. I hope this helps! -Courtney
