Hi there, ClearWindowPreference! Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the ELFW7537AT has a clear, see-through window, and the ELFW7637AT washer's window is not heavily tinted but not fully clear. You can still see what's inside. The "Normal" option can be for a StainTreat™ II cycle or soil levels. If you're going to select it as a cycle on a hot or warm temp (factory preset), it can take anywhere from 60 to 75 minutes. While the ELFW7537AT washer doesn't have a pre-wash cycle on all across series, the ELFW7637AT washer has a 15-minute Fast Wash cycle option for its 600 series. We hope this information helps! ~Juan
