“Can I use this card with Game Capture HD to record in 1080p60 while simultaneously having the output at 4k? I want to run my PS4 Pro on my 4k TV while only recording at 1080p and still seeing the 4k HDR picture on my end. Is that possible with this card?”

Actually no, I can't. This card is not compatible with Game Capture HD(Your own software). And the software I'm using, 4k Capture Utility(also yours) just glitched up over 4 hours of gameplay recording at 1080p60. Before you blame my PC, it's been recording this SAME GAME(Last of Us Remastered) just fine on the HD60S. I'm really not happy with the way the software is performing, and I hope it has nothing to do with the Hardware.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you set it at 1080p then the output on your 4k tv will also be the same. You can always record in 4k and output to 1080p when uploading your videos.
