“The manual does not explain which setting turns on the bottom heating element and which setting turns on top heating elements or both heating (top & bottom) elements at the same time. Anyone figure out which settings turn on which heating elements?”

You can’t set top or bottom manually like the NuWave Bravo. This oven adjusts which element to use and the temp to for each based upon what your food selection is.
