Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions how much counter space does it require.?How much cooking space inside it?
Asked by Jentz68.
- A:Answer From the manual 17.72*15.75*14.76 inches. It blows hot air constantly out the back, center, top when in use and it states it needs 110mm at the back. In my case the drywall behind it gets really hot when cooking at high temp. So I keep it further than recommended. The tray that comes with it is 13.5" x 10.5". The opening is 7" x 14.25". Depth from back to front edge is 11.75".

Q: QuestionCan you make a rotisserie chicken
Asked by Rose.
- A:Answer No, this is not a rotisserie type oven. There is no rotisserie mechanism built in. It is simply a convection oven which is what an air fryer actually is. This particular air fryer convection oven has only practical accessories like a large wire mesh air fryer basket, a solid baking pan, an oven rack to hold baking pans & a removable drip pan to make cleanup easier. It comes with an owner's manual that has a few simple recipes to get you started. All the recipes have photos of the food so that you can see what the end product should look like. This air fryer convection oven is like a toaster oven with a few more functions to make it more convenient & eliminate the need for 2 small ovens in your kitchen. I hope this answer helps.

Q: QuestionCan this oven fit a 13x9 pan? If so, can it fit 2 of them?
Asked by Joe.
- A:Answer Yes it can fit a 9x13 pan if the grab handles on the ends of the pan are not too long. The measurements of the interior cooking space are: (rough measurements, NOT precise measurements) Height: 7 inches, Width: 14 inches, Depth: 11 inches. (Depth measurement is front to back measurement) *Some 9x11 pans may fit without an oven rack to hold them if the grab handles can slide securely into the oven rack slots. Two 9x11 pans should be able to fit if they meet the requirements to fit the interior space because there are 4 levels/slots inside the oven that can accommodate multiple pans as long as what they're cooking is not too tall/high. If you have a metal pan that is only a little too big to fit, you can modify the pan by trimming off the excess metal on the grab handles or by folding the excess metal on the grab handles & then hammering them flat & thin. This is assuming that you want to work with pans you already own & you don't want to buy any new pans. I hope this helps answer your question.

Q: QuestionUnable to adjust the time/temp of presets. I select the method "Frozen Food", the try to press the function button, but nothing, I then try to press the Time/Temp button or turn it and nothing. How do you adjust the temperture/time?
Asked by sabertooth.
- A:Answer First choose your setting. For instance, choose fries. First press start and when it enters cook mode, then press the off. Then press the temp/time button. It will first take you to adjust temp. You can turn it up or down with the + or - knob. To change the time you have to press the temp/time button again to switch it. I was confused with this as well at first. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHow is this different from a convection oven?
Asked by BOBBY.
- A:Answer There is no difference. This air fryer is a convection oven. In fact, ALL air fryers are convection ovens. Calling it an air fryer is just a marketing ploy to rename something that already exists. However, this air fryer/convection oven has a large wire mesh basket to cook large amounts of food that you want to air fry. Traditional convection ovens don't usually come with air fryer accessories.
