“Unable to adjust the time/temp of presets. I select the method "Frozen Food", the try to press the function button, but nothing, I then try to press the Time/Temp button or turn it and nothing. How do you adjust the temperture/time?”

First choose your setting. For instance, choose fries. First press start and when it enters cook mode, then press the off. Then press the temp/time button. It will first take you to adjust temp. You can turn it up or down with the + or - knob. To change the time you have to press the temp/time button again to switch it. I was confused with this as well at first. Hope this helps.
