- Answer I had it for about 3 weeks now. Everything that I cooked came out perfect, from frozen pizza to chicken parmesan. It cooks very evenly. As stated, it really is very easy to clean. I really love this thing alot.

- Answer dont touch it. after 15 minutes or so it will go dark. You will still be able to see what your last temp and time were. just leave it alone for the time of 15. it is meant to be unplugged after each use. I don't unplug it as it stays on countertop. there is no OFF function

- Answer No. The interior is bare stainless steel, no nonstick coatings. The outside surfaces are also bare stainless steel. No plastics, no paint, no nonstick coatings. I tested all the interior & exterior surfaces with a magnet, it is stainless steel & not aluminum.

- Answer There is a coated tray at the very bottom that pulls out. It is very easy to clean IMHO.

QuestionWhat setting can be used that DOES NOT use the internal fan? Sometimes things need to cook a little slower and longer and I am in a constant battle of internal temp vs overcooked burnt top.

- Answer I don't know but I turn temp back 25 degrees and about 5 mninuts less than the programed settings

QuestionDOES THE OVEN TURN OFF BY ITSELF WHEN THE COOKING IS FINISHED?

- Answer At the end of the cooking cycle it does end the cooking cycle & goes into a cool down mode to cool the oven which will cool down the meal somewhat if it's left inside the oven.

QuestionHas anyone else experienced discoloration inside after multiple uses. I cleaned it as suggested and the inside became discolored. I purchased it on January 1, 2021. It is not even 2 months. Waiting to hear back from company. Other than that is very good.

- Answer Yes. The grease from the food is staining the metal components brown and is hard to scrub off.

QuestionWhy do I have to turn it on and then off to turn it on sometimes? If the oven finishes cooking, I have to turn it on and then off and then back on to set it to the function needed for the next thingI am cooking.

QuestionDid the interior of the oven turn to a dull silver? Had mine a little over a month. The inside and the metal pan all discolored. I only cleaned the inside with warm soapy water.

- Answer Not an answer only a guess...it doesn't take much to dull stainless steel as in anything other than a cloth/paper towel cleaning it. Is it possible you cooked an acidic meal/stewed tomatoes/etc. as that will dull stainless also. I've never used mine over 1 hour cooking time...possibly 2 hours of baking might dull.? I've had mine about a month also....still looks new inside. I've not used the metal pan so have no clue in discoloration...maybe heat related as well? Cheap pizza pans do that over time are typical here.

- Answer They are not non stick but still easy cleanup. I typically use tin foil on the pans but even when I don’t they wash just fine. It comes with a wire rack, a sheet pan, and a fry basket. The bottom ‘Pan’ comes out for easy cleaning. Non stick surfaces tend to scratch more easily so this works better in my opinion.
