dont touch it. after 15 minutes or so it will go dark. You will still be able to see what your last temp and time were. just leave it alone for the time of 15. it is meant to be unplugged after each use. I don't unplug it as it stays on countertop. there is no OFF function
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you leave it plugged in the screen will go dark, but still legible after about 15 min. Dont' touch it, it will turn dark and that means its kinda off. This machine is meant to be unplugged for some reason. I leave mine plugged in. Also everytime you open it when not in use, it will also take about 15 min to go dark.
