“What setting can be used that DOES NOT use the internal fan? Sometimes things need to cook a little slower and longer and I am in a constant battle of internal temp vs overcooked burnt top.”

• I don't know but I turn temp back 25 degrees and about 5 mninuts less than the programed settings

• I have tried that as well, ended up with undercooked inside and burnt top. Need to know what setting doesn't use the fan
