They are not non stick but still easy cleanup. I typically use tin foil on the pans but even when I don’t they wash just fine. It comes with a wire rack, a sheet pan, and a fry basket. The bottom ‘Pan’ comes out for easy cleaning. Non stick surfaces tend to scratch more easily so this works better in my opinion.
