We have added a feature to help store your power cord, there is a space behind the appliance to help collect the power cord, for a much neater appearance. • Yes. I have washed all of them several times in my dishwasher. The basket, you may have to soak a little first to get a true clean.

• The manual says not to clean those in a dishwasher...clean in soapy water/sink.
