The question is somewhat confusing. It suggests that you were successful downloading the program into your laptop but not successful attempting to download into your second , desktop, computer ? If you were successful with only the laptop the procedure should be somewhat familiar. I am not a computer authority but offer these comments: (1) The program may be trying to do online access through an internet connection which may not be active on the desktop when download is being attempted ? It requires an access , registration, etc. (2) Review the Program description information. It appears that it functions only with recent ( Windows 7 or 8 or 10) operating systems . The desk top may have an earlier operating system. (3) If you were not successful with either of the computers and they or the desk top are not showing the the beginning small menu long enough to click on it the installation may not activate. It's tricky; took me three times to discover and needed to instantly click on it to begin before it disappeared. Should show something like: [Office 3.0 drive . . . Select to choose what . . . DVD DRIVE RW DRIVE D ] on the lower right or upper right of your screen. Once you've been able to click on that the processing menus should begin displaying in the middle of your screen :) . (4) Again I'm not a computer geek but also am wondering if the desk top has a Firewall active and preventing access. Thus perhaps it can temporarily be turned off, which might allow access - or this may have nothing to do with the problem but might be worth the try. ?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
