Why doesn't it come with a monitor? null

In my case, I already have 2 monitors, so I didn't even go out shopping for one in the first place. I just went to Best Buy looking for a mid-sized powerful computer and found the HP Envy. I suppose that many computer users are in the same boat. Plus, you have to consider that there is such a wide variety of monitors out there to choose from, that if HP were to assume that the monitor that they bundled with the computer would make everybody happy, they'd be wrong. That's why monitors are a separate purchase in addition, if needed, to the computer itself.
