• Hello Stellamarie. Yes, the XP-434 is compatible with both Epson 288 and 288XL Ink Cartridges. Epson uses ISO/IEC 24711 tests to determine page yield. A new set of standard capacity T288 Ink Cartridges can print approximately 175 Black or 165 Color ISO pages. While a new set of T288XL Ink Cartridges can print approximately 500 Black and 450 Color ISO pages. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
