252 is the cartridge number from what I can tell for the model you listed. No #69 will not work.

It uses epson 252 and you can get a four pack around $50 bucks way cheaper than what I pay for my epson 69 and you need all the ink to print with mine but not with yours.

Call Best Buy for that information sorry couldn't be more help. More than likely since it has shipped, probably have to resend it back to your local shipper who shipped it to you. Like FedEx, UPS, USPS, ect.

I'm sure you can. If you have already received the order take it to your nearest Best Buy store and exchange it for the one you actually need, however, they may not let you return or exchange it if you have opened the box, I don't know that for sure, but they have always been very accommodating to me when I need to return something and especially when I have the wrong product and need to exchange it for the right one. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure, but you can look on the top of the box of Epson ink and it will tell you which Epson printer works with the cartridge you are looking at.

According to Epson, it takes the T252520 cartridges.

Be sure not to open the packages at all but take them to BB and they will refund youor money or let you change it.

The Epson WorkForce 3620 Printer used a 252 cartridge. If you ordered online your can pull-up your order and change it, if it has not been pulled. Otherwise you will need to call customer service and have them change it.
