“I have an Epson ET-2750 Color Printer. It takes 502 Ink refills. It will not let me refill the tanks. I use Epson 502 Ink. I called Epson and they cannot help me. Does anyone have a fix for this.”

Lift the whole tray from the right. Flip the little cover over the tanks toward you. Flip up the little cover over each tank. Each tank is keyed so will only fit on the color. Sometimes you have to tap the bottle a few times to get it to start going.
