Some printers use heat to cure the ink or tonor used to create the image when printing. This printer does not use heat to cure the ink during the printing process. This is an important feature for people that want to use the printer for things that will use heat later on, such as sublimation. Printers that use heat to cure the ink or tonor would otherwise ruin heat sensitive paper or sublimation prints.
