“I recently bought the Epson ET-2800 because my 2760 has columns that are not printing clearly. I did run the head clean mode several times which has improved it but not totally. IS there something else I should do? can I use leftover ink in the 2800.”

would not recommend mixing inks. With my 2650 occasionally I would have to run the nozzle function as well as the head cleaner to get rid of the unwanted column lines. That would clear it up, and I wiped everything down with alcohol.
