Using my EcoTank ET-2800 printer, it does not print or scan black but it does print and scan Blue.

All the color wells are full, BK,Y, M, C.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

Hello Dhenry. We want to confirm if this issue is also occurring when you copy pages. If so, it is possible that your ET-2800 could have missing print head nozzles. You can print out a nozzle check from the maintenance menu to verify and complete cleanings if necessary as well.
