- Answer This model ET 2800 is dye based ink. I could not mix my leftover ink from my old Epson with it because the older printer was pigment. I like the dye based ink better. Not as many head cleanings or drips.

QuestionBought the Epson ET-2800 1-6-23. The last time I was able to print was on 1-6-25 & it was poor quality. After an update, I'm getting the errors paper jam (there is no paper jam), connectivity issues, & clean print head. Less than 100 pgs printed. Help!
