A:AnswerYou do not need an ink subscription. Unless you are going to print A LOT of documents every day, I would simply use the full containers of ink that come with the printer and then purchase them as needed. You can easily see in the little tank windows when the ink is getting low and the printer will also warn you. The ink lasts a long time.
A:AnswerI am assuming that your bank statement has a colored background--such as light gray or green. Not sure why the bank's system would have a colored background for when you download the bank statement. However, if you download it as a .pdf, you could probably open the file and try to save it as a .tiff. Usually this type of document will create a "transparent" background. This, of course, has nothing to do with the printing capability of this printer, but more to do with your ability to convert the document to something that will not print the background.
A:AnswerHello mary. Yes, the ET-2800 includes a "Black/Grayscale" option, which should be available under the print settings window on the computer. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
A:AnswerDid you connect the PRINTER to your WIFI? It doesn't matter if your computer is connected to the printer. It's weird, especially since Epson didn't bother to include a part, i.e., USB connection that probably costs less than $50, yet the printer panel shows that as an option. You have to connect your WIFI FROM the printer panel.
