- Answer I've been trying for over an hour to get this thing to print an envelope. The settings suck. The Epson website is of no help; all they do is show you how to load them, but it does not print them. Good luck.

- Answer This printer does not use ink cartridges; there are empty tanks that are filled with ink. Many people use this type of printer to do sublimation craft projects. Sublimation uses a different type of ink than what is used for printing. A word of caution, I believe using sublimation ink voids the printer’s warranty.
