- Answer Hi PeppyTia, The EcoTank ET-2800 does not include a card slot or USB port to scan to or print from. Several Epson models currently available at Bestbuy.com do have that feature. - Answer Hello bill. Epson makes a Linux driver for the ET-2800. The driver is available for download on our Linux Driver page. QuestionI can not see very well and DO NOT LIKE the little displays that you have to use on these copiers. Is there anyway to turn it off and just use the copier without the little display? And if so, how would I do this?

Questiondoes it have a control issue like their workforce printers in that when one color needs replacement you are unable to even print in black?

- Answer Hello dacicagoman. We recommend making sure that all colors have ink inside the tanks. Continued use of the ET-2800 when the ink level is below the lower line on the tank could damage the product. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hi Matthew, The EcoTank ET-2800 does not include faxing. If this feature is important to you, consider the EcoTank ET-4850, which is currently available at Bestbuy.com. QuestionJust bought maybe 1 month ago. Just started printing with colors on sticker paper and I have lines. Anyone know how to resolve this issue.

- Answer Hello Lee. The ET-2800 has not been tested to work with sticker paper. The issue you are experiencing could be attributed to the print settings not having a selection available for this paper. If this paper has worked on the machine for you before, then we recommend confirming your print head is working correctly.
