“Checked printheads, magenta wasn’t printing. Cleaned them. Nothing. Tried again. Now tiny bit of magenta visible. Tried again. Now magenta there but no cyan or yellow. Tried again- magenta & cyan good, no yellow. Says not to clean/print again for 12 hours”

Have you tried printing a test page? Sometimes this for some weird reason corrects issues. A friend had this happen last week. The fix was to top off the ink then turn it off and unplug the printer for a couple of days. Turned it on and it printed fine.
