• I just switch from copy paper to card stock without changing any settings.

• Hi Luli, Open your EcoTank ET-2850's printer driver. Click the Maintenance tab. Click on the Extended Settings button. The Short Grain Paper setting prevents ink from smearing when you print on envelopes or other thick paper. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
