“A lot of the negative reviews concern a problem with cleaning jets or clogged jets. How much of a problem is this and what has been done to correct the problem? Having to run a cleaning process and then having to wait overnight seemed extreme.”

Hi HowieFromMaui, Typically clogged nozzles on any ink jet printer, not just the ET-2850, are caused by dried ink collecting around the nozzles. If you print something each week, even as little as a nozzle check pattern, this is extremely unlikely to happen. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
