HARD! I have had this printer for 6 months and can only print if I connect with the usb cable. Cannot print wirelessly or scan with the USB cable. Don not een try to contact Epson for help. They outsource their help line which makes it difficult to converse. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
