“I want to use printer for sublimation printing only; I see from other questions that is possible. However, I am stumped on what to buy ink wise for sublimination.”

• You can buy sublimation ink on Amazon. There are a few top rated inks to use. Just be sure when you use that ink you keep using the exact same ink. Do not change company as inks are made differently

• Hi debbie. The Epson ET-2850 was not designed for dye-sublimation printing nor the use of non-genuine Epson ink cartridges. Using sublimation ink in this printer could damage the print head and impact warranty coverage. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
