“First, I love this printer. But, how do I print Ms docs as attachments from emails? I can print most anything else, just not MS word or Excel docs. When I use the app, then doc- I don’t see anything. Thanks Dave Neff”

I don't know about laptops because mine never could connect to it. But I used the MS Word Doc on my smart phone and it prints out really nicely. Maybe try printing with Word App on your phone?
