“My ET4760. will not scan from the product screen. I am using on MAC Air-Catalina . It will only scan from my Mac. In. the event Manager it keeps reverting back to Service Restart. This is extremely frustrating. Called Customer Service several times.”

Replace it, I am using my Geek squad replacement policy, hopefully I can replace it with another Epson product. I don't recommend it, print quality not good. Was unable to reduce size of pdf documents.a
