Hi WorrisomeRaptor, The EcoTank ET-4760 can print a 4" x 6" sheet, but not all paper will feed properly and we cannot guarantee print quality for cards we have not tested. For a list of paper types known to work with the ET-4760 visit the Epson support site. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
