• So far there has been no connection problems but it has been on 2 routers only.

• Yes, I believe you will be able to use without Wi-fi because there is a connection for a printer cable. You will just use the enclosed CD to install the software on your pc. It will ask you how you want to use the printer. There you make your choose to use a USB printer cable.
